Dehydrated Sourdough Starter (yeast) can be used in recipes for sourdough bread, muffins, pancakes, cookies, rolls, biscuits, etc. when its dehydrated its shelf stable for about 18 months, up to 2 years.
Rehydrate with water and feed it water and flour. Feed daily until it becomes active and bubbly. Instructions included in order.
