Once a week, cook a whole chicken, by roasting or in an instant pot. Shred the chicken to use for meals and save the bones for bone broth. 

Visit a local farm. Shop at farmers market. Meet your local farmers.

Use animals fats such as grass fed butter, ghee, duck fat, or avocado oil, coconut oil and olive oil. Avoid vegetable oils!

Use unrefined sea salt which has beneficial trace minerals.

Bake your own sourdough and goods at home.
