Shipping and Returns

Return Policy:

Returns will be accepted for new and unused products within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase and will take place in the form of store credit or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend packages to be insured to the full amount of the merchandise.

We are not responsible for missing packages.

To return, send us an email at hello@wildwaygoods.com to let us know which item you are returning from your order and your reason. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

 
Shipping Policy:
All orders placed through www.wildwaygoods.com will ship Monday through Friday. We will ship order out as soon as we can. We plan to ship within 5-7 days of order placed. if you need an order by a certain date, please email hello@wildwaygoods.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once we have dropped the order to the carrier, the buyer will assume all responsibility for the merchandise. Wild Way Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to your local USPS to file a claim.
